Dear Sir:
The sack of stationary evidently belonged to me. There was no ink or mucilage in the bag. I will therefore acknowledge the stationary but report that the ink & mucilage are not in the package.

Will you please inform the Indians that in no case where an allotment has been made covering 80 acres agricultural land, or its equivalent in grazing land will any change be made; nor can anyone so allotted exchange his allotment or give it to another person. All completed allotments are final.

There has been some misapprehension among some of the Indians concerning the survey made in the Cottonwood region last Fall. The townships were laid off in sections and these lines crossed fields, but these lines are not the boundaries of allotments; the
