[[preprint]] 399 [[/preprint]] Ft. Lapwai June 12. 1891 Mr M. D. Robbins. Sir: The bearer [[strikeout]] Sp. [[/strikeout]] nown yahnta-moo.set. has a claim which he fenced a year ago last spring. [[He will??]] be allotted upon this land when I go across the Clearwater. His claim is to the right of the road running to [[Senedid?]], shortly after leaving the [[Greds?]]. The bunch grass within his enclosure is ready to cut, and he is prevented by Frank Hoth laying claim to the land. The family of Mr Frank Hoth have no claim to land upon this reservation, therefore they had no right to any use or control of land. Will you please see that this man is protected in the [[?]] of the laws which is his and upon which he would have been allotted sometime since if I had been able to reach that part of the reservation. Respectfully [[signature]] A. C. Fletcher [[/signature]] Spl. Ind. Agt.
