The weather is unfavorable and thus it is hard for me to get over to the Smithsonian but later I shall get out to see what you have sent. Mr. Gurley comes to me stopping here on his way from the Station to the Smithsonian. He comes early and so saves much time. I will enclose the galley that has the Adoption Ceremony, so you can have it. I mailed you a good deal of Osage material this week I hope you receive it, and that it may be of service. I am sure that what you are getting will be of great interest, and to get the ceremonies & rituals entire is very important. I hope that S. C. will stand by you and give you all.
