My dear Francis
Your letter of April 5 came this morning, and now Dora is packing your new suit & I will get it off today by Adams Express, C.O.D. I have taken it out of its cloth & packed it in another cloth to keep safe from dust  You had better bring it back with you when you come & so save expressage. Now you can look fine & not be "in rags." 

Cadman looks well, bid him be very careful & not go too fast, dont let him work too hard. He has never transcribed any songs & it will be difficult for him, so be careful & watch him.

I reached home Thursday night.
