My dear M,
Just a line this morning to let you know that I am all right again. The doctor made an analysis and found that there was much alkaline but absolutely no albumen and he says that my kidneys are all right. He also examined my heart and said that I was sound there. He does not regard the swelling of my ankles as serious. He gave me two prescriptions which I am taking now and the swelling has gone. 

Tomorrow, Mr. Peterson, the new agent and I are going to Hominy to see the Indians there to get at the general sentiment regarding certain conditions here. So far the new agent seems to be on the right track but already he is being
