She asked Jesus to say to the Father that she bore no resentment at the taking away of her son, that she was submissive to his will. The only thing she would ask was that when she was called home she wants her son to meet her half way and accompany her to the home of God. It was a pathetic scene

Yesterday was a beautiful day. The sun shone and it was warm. We had our dinner in the summer house that adjoins the meeting-house. All sat on the floor. My host made a talk about the relationship that was established by the new religion between all the members, and then made a prayer. Then all helped themselves. Wa-xiti-ghi sat at myu right and Lookout at my left. Old Shon-je-mox-in sat at the right of Wa-xiti-ghi.

My host and hostess have gone to Pawhuska to look after some lease matters. They go by wagon. I shall go this afternoon
