April 22, 1944.

Dear Mr. Gardner:

Your letter of April 19th was received yesterday on my return from a trip to Washington, and your letter of the 20th, today.

I shall plan to meet you at the TWA office on your arrival in the city. If it does not complicate your transportation problems I would be pleased to have you stay over night with me at my home.

The photostats have not arrived as yet, but I shall be interested in reading them.

Sincerely,

Mr. Lester D. Gardner,
New York, New York.

P.S. I am returning inclosed the letters to you from Pritchard and Brewer.
