Transcription Notes:
Per instructions, text is to be entered when it is denoted by '" (ditto marks). 'Do' was also used for '"' marks during this time. Format is " [[text]], this needs to be done, not just entering the marks or symbols for ditto marks. Whether doc has too many spaces or not enough spaces between pipes seems irrevelant, spacing just takes up data base space, doesn't hurt the spirit of what is being accomplished here, which is to digitize and be able to search. But if you leave words out denoted by '" marks, the meaning and content is lost. ditto words need doing next to ditto you need to put [[ditto for Mar 1]] look at pg 12 for what dittos should look like (Note: pg 12 is incorrect, dittos not formatted at all!!!) mandc: Not sure what "needs doing." Eliminated excess spaces in the cells, so the data would line up in the broad view format. Awaiting SI answer re "pipes" or not before initial and after terminal cells.
