4 SENTENCE. And the Court does therefore sentence the prisoner, David Lions, Co. A, 123d Indiana Volunteer Infantry, "To forfeit six months pay and be publicly reprimanded in front of his Regiment by Colonel McQuiston." 4. Jacob Kist, Private, Co. G, 129th Indiana Volunteer Infantry. CHARGE. Absence without Leave. Specification--"That Private Jacob Kist, Co. G, 129th Indiana Vol. Inf., was absent from his company without permission from proper authority from the 28th day of January, 1865, until June 2d, 1865. This at Louisville, Kentucky." To which charge and specification the prisoner pleaded, "Not Guilty." FINDING. The Court having maturely considered the evidence adduced, finds the prisoner, Jacob Kist, Private, Co. G, 129th Indiana Vol. Inf., as follows: Of the specification to the charge, "Not Guilty." Of the charge, "Not Guilty." And the Court does therefore acquit the said Jacob Kist, Co. G, 129th Indiana Volunteer Infantry. II. The proceedings, findings and sentences in the foregoing cases of Privates Bloom, Shannon and Lions are approved and confirmed. The stoppages of pay will be entered upon the rolls of the companies to which the prisoners respectively belong.
