CIRCULAR, No. 9.

The following described forms used in claims of colored soldiers, seamen, and their heirs, against the Government, will be furnished officers of this Bureau upon making requisition for them, stating the number and kind required.

ARMY.
Declaration for arrears of pay and bounty, (discharged soldiers).
Application of discharged soldier for additional bounty.
Father's application for arrears of pay and bounty.
Mother's application for arrears of pay and bounty.
Application of Brothers and Sisters for arrears of pay and bounty.
Widow's application for arrears of pay and bounty.
Declaration of Children for bounty and arrears of pay.
Guardian's application for arrears of pay and bounty in cases of minors.
Application for commutation of rations, while held as prisoners of war.
Declaration for Invalid pension.
Declaration for Widow's pension.
Proof of dependence, (Mothers claim for pension).
Declaration for minor Children's pension.
Declaration for minor Sister's pension.
Application for an increase of Invalid pension, under Sec. 1, Supplementary Pension Act of June 6, 1866.
Widow's application for increase of pension, under Sec. 2, Act of July 25, 1866.

NAVY.
