These new Spads that we are now completely equipped with are just like all new things to get used to. They vibrate scarily, have all manner of adjustments to be made on the appliances and altogether I'm sure I wont know how to fly one decently until I've been in my "SMITH II" for several more hours. They land as fast as the 180 but come down easier and glide quite far after leveling off. In speed and climb they are somewhat better than our old Spads. They manoeuvre a trifle more difficultly.
