In the region of Montsec a new enemy balloon has lately been annoying the U.S. officials.  Just before our patrol left were were ordered to get it if we could or to make 'em pull it down anyway.
So I looked after my incendiary gun and started out with Lts. Tyndall, Jones, Hassinger and Doolin. In five minutes I had landed with a poor air pump, taken the Captains' ship ^[["O"]] and caught the patrol again.
