he didn't cave though with me or Jacques [[?]] and everything went nicely with the squadron while I was gone.
Rorison's gone. He was looking for me in Paris, but we missed connecting. Several of the pilots are going to stay in France, or go up to Germany, ferrying planes, doing courrier service or some similar stunt. We're going to get orders for homeward [[pattes?]] [[underlined]]soon[[/underlined]].

March 31st.
Getting up on the ofice work. Lindsay (the adj.) and Les Egbert (supply and transportation) are off on leave tomorrow so Lyn is my acting adj and Crissy looks after Egberts' job.
I look lunch with the Colonel ([[?]]) who just returned to the post. He was married while away. Congratulations.
