Morning mailing odds and ends and tending to office.

P.M. Hackett and I to Nancy for tailor and bootmaker and spending of good francs.

Beautiful town no mistake about it. Walters continues to charm. Fell in with Henry Bryan (old 91st) and  party of French (wild) aviators at ^[[Café Riche and the ]] Liègeoise. A good time and a merry one. Stuffed ourselves full of grand pastry and good wines and everything. Brewed coffee before going to bed, meanwhile discussing momentous Versailles peace [[strikethrough]] dickering [[/strikethrough]] terms presentation. Phew. What a serious time this is.
