Dear Sirs:

It is our understanding that you carry shipments for delivery in California.

We have a group of from six to eight paintings for Los Angeles, which can leave New York the week of June 4th.

Will you write us re the following:

1) whether you can call for them at:
- Hayes Warehouse
305 East 61st Street,
New York, N.Y.
during that week of June 4th.

2) the date on which they will be delivered to the addressee:
- Mr. Rico Lebrun

3) confirm that these six to eight paintings need not be crated

4) give us an estimate of the expenses involved - none of the paintings measuring more than 6' x 5'.
