875 Fifth Avenue New York, New York 10022 February 11, 1977 Dear Kate, How thoughtful of you, and do have my thanks for forwarding Francis Poulenc's portrait. Le Fresneye carried out several representations of Poulenc, in fact one of them we have at home in our private collection. The one on the page you forwarded is, I assume, the one reproduced in my book as belonging to Georges Salles' collection (?), for he died in the meantime and the drawing my very well have entered other hands. The article is also of merit for it imparts details of Poulenc's interesting life which I did not know. It was nice to hear from you altogether, and many thanks again and with kind thoughts, Yours, Germain Seligman Mrs. J.C. Bradley 2805 Sylvan Avenue Madison, Wisconsin 53705
