C. H. Branton, Esq.,
16 Grammercy Park,
New York, N. Y.

My dear Friend:

I have just heard that a friend of mine from Paris, Mr. Wange de Hauke wishes to get in touch with you. The object of these lines is to introduce him to you, and to tell you that he is anxious to make your acquaintance. He could either go to see you, or you might call up here and make an appointment with him at our Galleries.

Mr. de Hauke has brought over a very interesting French exhibition of modern decorative art. The things will arrive shortly, and in the meantime he would like to talk to you about them.

Looking forward to seeing you soon, pray believe me to be

Yours very sincerely,
