Dear Miss Claffey,

Mr. Jucker has forwarded your letter of July 22. Both Mr. Germain Seligmann and myself will arrive in New-York around the 20th of October, but I think you should be there around the 10th. Mr. Trevor will be back at about that time.

In any case, you will have plenty of work to help Mr. Jucker in getting the house in order.

We were very glad to read that you were in good health and had such a delightful trip.

With my kind regards to Mrs. Claffey and yourself, in which my Cousin joins,
Kindly believe me,
Yours sincerely,

Miss Lucile Claffey,
