In order to receive the pictures in ample time to be unpacked, catalogued and hung, they should be shipped from New York by express not later than Dec. 30. They should be addressed to

Mrs Charles S.J. Clark
Wyeth B'l'd'g., County Road, Palm Beach, Fla.

We will pay express charges one- or if you so desire- both ways, insurance charges in transit and while here (unless your policies already cover all contingencies) and will be most scrupulously careful in packing, etc. We would be glad to be allowed a 15% commission on every sale. And we would appreciate, also, receiving detailed description, history etc., of the paintings, so that our catalogue and announcements may
carry correct and authentic information.

Mr. Macomber asks me to say that he believes Mr. Germain Seligmann will give this matter favorable consideration.

I would appreciate hearing from you, either by wire or mail at your earliest convenience, and beg to assure you that the Society will indeed feel honored by your cooperation.
                       Very sincerely,
                       Ethel Burnet Clark
