Gentlemen:  RE: GALLERY OF P. JACKSON HIGGS,

As Assignee in the above case, I wish to call your attention to the fact that I am selling at PUBLIC AUCTION all of the paintings consisting of OLD MASTERS and other works of Art belonging to the GALLERY of P. JACKSON HIGGS, commencing Wednesday evening, December 7th, at 8:15 P.M., Thursday, December 8th and Friday, December 9th at the same time, at the American Art Galleries, 57th Street and Madison Avenue, New York City.

This is one of the few times in American history where museum pieces such as I am offering in this sale have been sold to the highest bidder at Public Auction.

The sale is worthy of your attention and I trust to have your cooperation and the privilege of your attendance.
