Harriss Special Deputy Commissioner 511 Fifth Avenue New York Dear Mr. Harriss,- I have just returned from Montreal, where I had the pleasure to hear again about your beautiful home. I saw Lady Mortimer Davis and was told by her son that he had the pleasure to make your acquaintance through Mr. Rosen, and that you had taken him round and showed him your treasures. Mortimer Davis is a very good friend of mine, and his conversation made me ever so anxious to have a chance to call on you, and I hasten, upon my return, to remind you of your promise, and the aim of these lines is to tell you that I hope that in the near future you will be able to spare a few moments to receive me. Hoping that these lins will find you in good health, pray believe me Yours sincerely,
