Dear Dr. Hart:

The interest shown in drawings by Philadelphians has caused us to add some drawings to the exhibition of paintings we have organized at the McClees Galleries in your city.

Amongst them is an early French drawing of the 16th. Century, which we have been able to acquire at a very nominal price and which I would enjoy being able to show you.

I shall be in Philadelphia myself on Tuesday and Wednesday, and hope to have an opportunity of seeing you then.

Believe me to be,

Yours very sincerely,

(Germain Séligmann)

Dr. Charles Hart,

P.S. I am herewith enclosing a photograph of this very interesting drawing (particulars of it will be found on the back).
