[[blank page]] [[end page]] [[start page]] [[preprinted]] FREDERICK H. HARVEY KANASA CITY, MISSOURI [[/preprinted]] November 18th, 1935. Dear Germain: I have just returned from a vacation on the West Coast to find your letter of November 4th and am glad to hear that you are back in this country again. I do not know when I shall be in New York but it will probably be before the first of the year and I will look forward to giving you a ring while there. Am glad to learn that you found a much better attitude upon your return than when you left. I think conditions will continue to improve if we can control the radical tendencies in Washington and get back on a "pay as you go" basis. Let me know if you have occasion to come this way again soon. My best, As always, [[signed]] Fred [[/signed]] Mr. Germain Seligmann, 3 East 51st Street, New York City.
