It was pleasant to talk with you yesterday, and to have an opportunity of telling you how much I am enjoying [[underlined]] Merchants [[/underlined]][[underlined]] of [[/underlined]][[underlined]] Art [[/underlined]].  It is pure delight to read your calm, clear pages that reflect a generosity of spirit all too seldom encountered in such bodies of recollection.

I am pleased that you interested in seeing the Glaenzer booklet, to see whether the marble figure is in any way familiar to you   She is illustrated on page [20]; and I wish that we knew something of her history before she reached our door.  With good wishes, I am
