A group of booths from 4 to 8 and 9 to 13 inclusive were all taken by the rocks and minerals group. There will be some wonderful displays of crude rocks and minerals as well as finished products including cameos.
The stamp section starts at the group 71 and 74 and extends to the left wing towards 6th Avenue. All around the wall will be exhibition frames with commercial booths in the center. The corner grouped around booths 70 and 91 will be the coin booths and extending to the right in the outer tier will be ship models, firearms, and miscellaneous exhibits. The other rows in the center will be devoted to antiques, old prints, laces and various collection material of that kind. The large booths facing 5th Avenue will be devoted to furniture and antique musical instruments. This floor, the 35th, is practically all taken unless a few booths given to loan exhibits are moved to the 34th floor. There are also a few who have reservations who have not sent their deposit check. These booths will be sold to other people unless th deposit reaches us at the Taft Hotel, New York City, at once. It is our plan to start working on the 34th floor as soon as we reach New York. We have planned that if we had one floor entirely sold a month before the show we would not have any trouble selling the entire second floor in a month's time, particularly inasmuch as we will be on the ground and working on the show for a solid month.
There will be another bulletin, the last and final, issued so as to reach all exhibitors with comp'ete instruction a week before the show.

We have several fine loan exhibits and if any exhibitors know collectors who would like to show their collections, communicate with us. We will provided space. Lots of collectors have interesting material and are always proud to show it. It helps the show and get publicity. Please keep in mind that the newspaper writers who visit the show are instructed by their city editors not to give free publicity to commercial concerns. Lots of people take fine rarities to a show and then wonder why newspapers don't flock to write them up. A newspaper calls that free advertising. They will, however, write up material that is not for sale.
