November 14th., 1941.

My dear Mr. Rosenbloom:

Quite often your name has been mentioned to me as an art patron and I was told that you were particularly interested in the Mediaeval and Renaissance field.

I do not believe that I have ever had the privilege of your visit at my galleries and I do hope that when next you are in New York you will spare a little time to drop in.

Among the paintings I have here are Spanish and Italian primitives, Italian and French Renaissance portraits and also, as you have probably heard, some of the beautiful bronzes and works of art from the Clarence H. Mackay Collection.

Looking forward to having soon the pleasure of meeting you,

Yours very sincerely,

(Capt. Germain Séligmann)
