I am sorry I was unable to see you again before leaving Chicago, but as you see by the enclosure, I have not forgotten my promise.

You will find herewith the little booklet on our old place in Paris, where I hope to have the great privilege of receiving you this coming Summer.

Wishing to tell you of all the pleasure I had in seeing you again on this last visit to your City.
