Dear Sir:

I wish to acknowledge receipt of your letter of October 16th, and to confirm the following order for catalogues for our forthcoming Picasso Exhibition:-

Quantity: 750 copies.

Reproductions: 16, average size 5-1/2 x 8 inches.

Text: 12 pages including any blanks between type pages.

Binding: Pamphlet binding, sewed sheets and squared, pasted back similar to dummies submitted. Cover to be similar to "estimated dummy" submitted.

Paper: 80 lb. shiny-gloss for reproductions, identical to paper used in last year's Picasso catalogue. Antique paper for text to be similar to quality used in last year's Picasso catalogue.

Delivery: 100 copies on November lst and balance within two days (your letter states November 10th delivery which, as you stated to us this morning, was an error).

Total Price: $575.00 -- no additionals or extras which might increase this price will be accepted unless authorized by the undersigned.
