Dr. J. Bentley Squier
6 East 68th street
New York

Dear Sir,-

You will perhaps remember that last year we corresponded and spoke over the telephone. You gave me an appointment which, unfortunately, I was unable to accept. I also missed you in Paris, when you were stopping at the Crillon.

The aim of this letter is to ask you whether you would be kind enough to give me another appointment so that I could have the pleasure to make your acquaintance.

I will take the liberty to call you up in order to find out when it might be convenient for you to receive me, perhpas some Sunday morning.

Pray believe me,

Sincerely yours,
