October 27, 1952

Dear Mr. Ternbach:

On October 22, you sent my firm an estimate for repairing the marble statue which you call "robed male figure" 34-1/2" high, and which arrived broken from Europe, in the amount of $125. (One hundred and twenty-five dollars).

We have communicated this estimate to our insurance company who have accepted this figure.

Will you therefore be so good as to proceed at once with this restoration.

Yours very sincerely,

(Germain Seligman)
