Gentlemen:

We are replying to your letter of April 27th, which until now, on account of other pressing matters, we had not been able to examine. As this question of insurance is not urgent, on account of our present arrangements, we do not think it is necessary to go into further detail at this moment, and to fill in your questionnaire.

We, however, find you letter very interesting and may at some later period take your terms of insurance under consideration, and would then write you again.

Thanking you for the promptness in submitting to us the details of your proposition, we are

Very truly yours,

JACQUES SELIGMANN & COMPANY, Inc.
