      As I explained to you if you did not feel that you want to spend any extra money for the time being, I would be very pleased to have the payments extend over two years.

      I would also like to mention that the two tapestries and the picture which I suggest taking out of this room could be utilized.  This likewise applies to the "Madonna and Child" bas-relief, because I have places for the two tapestries in your lower hall which could be hung by just moving a couple of the electric fittings and I could also place the picture and the "Madonna and Child".  Furthermore, these two tapestries and the picture would be much more suitable in the halls than in your living room.

      Trusting you do not mind my making these suggestions to you, and hoping that you will see your way to fall in with my views, because, as I said before, you would be under no obligation, and it would just give you an opportunity of seeing how your room could be transformed without calling in a decorator.
