Dear Sir:

In reference to the portrait of your daughter by Harrington MANN which you kindly consented to lend to the exhibition opening on November 17th which will be held at our galleries, we beg to inform you as arranged, we shall call for this painting Wednesday or Thursday of next week.

Will you kindly advise us if you will have the portrat covered by your own insurance during both transits and stay at our galleries, or if you wish us to attend to this insurance. In the latter case, we would thank you to please state the amount you would want it insured for.

Thanking you,
