During first visit I understood there was a large sum on hand enough to run the school a long time. I think you have only had four (4) months school in all. You must have your share of the local as well as state tax. I think they are withholding the money due from local school tax. You may have to sue them. I would advice you to see Mr [[underlined]] Isenburgh, [[/underlined]] lawyer at Moorfield,, when you are there & show him the enclosed decision of Judge [[underlined]] Hall.
