Sir:  You did not reply to my letter asking for a school for a white lady at Frederick or elsewhere.  
Hope to hear from you to-day

At Sandy Spring they want a colored man, but such are very hard to find.  Their reason is, I think, because board is less.  What say you to taking off the $10. in their case, if they will pay the board of a white teacher? then she could go there, if you have not a better place.
