Dear Sir: I send you form for a deed. If you will send me a copy of a deed after this form, of a well located lot of land for a school, and will build a house according to plans which I herewith send and have it done by the middle of December, then we will aid you to the amount of $300- and pay the money when the house is done.

We do not object to your building a larger house, but can help you only as much as I have said. We have to mention the middle of December, as the Bureau will

The minister from Davidsonville is now in my office and from what he says I think Miss [[underlined]] Hay [[/underlined]] had better not return to Davidsonville, Md. It will be better on account of some differences to send her to some other place.
