Dear Sir: I send you copy of letter from Genl. [[underlined]] Howard. [[/underlined]] I also send you form used by the [[underlined]] Baltimore Association. [[/underlined]] I do not know that it is necessary for you to go through with this form with trustees of individual schools but to state that you do rent these buildings. You certainly do have the use of them because you send a teacher. I think it is rather mired, but anything you decide upon I will carry out so far as schools in my department are concerned. Very Respectfully, Yours [[signature]] John Kimball [[/signature]] Supt. of Education. P.S. Nothing has been printed by Genl. H. This that I send you is his last. [[line across page]] 636 Bureau R.
