I respectfully ask that in addition to the grant already made, there be given to Mr. [[underlined]] J. C. Gove, [[/underlined]] Supt. of Friends Freedmens Mission, eight thousand (8000) Shingles, to shingle both sides of the roof of the school building on 13th St. bet. R. and S. Sts. the recent rain has proved the necessity for an entire new roof.
