I send you transportation for Miss [[underlined]] Inghram [[/underlined]].  The Mary Washington, (Patuxent boat), leaves wharf foot of Frederick St. Baltimore, every Friday at 6 o'clock A. M.  I expect Miss [[underlined]] I [[/underlined]] to take the boat next Friday, and shall so inform Mr. [[underlined]] Davis [[/underlined]], who will meet her at Spencer's Landing

I cannot promise any more help now in building the School-house.  We have done what we promised, and expected the people would have moved on long ago. I hope they will go to work and use the aid already furnished.  We shall be very sorry to have the matter fail.
