I send you a Circular, marked.  If you can satisfy me in regard to the points there stated, I shall be able to get you help to the amount of $250.00,
 if with such help you can build a School-house, at least 20 x 30 ft.  Let us hear from you soon.  I have a letter from Mr. [[underlined]] Maughlin [[/underlined]] in which he states that he can furnish the lumber, which I suppose you will use for a house, 20 x 30 ft. for $206.07.
