Dear Sir:

I continue the list.

(18) Berlin, Worcester Co. Md.. Go by Railroad to the place and report to Rev. [[underlined]] Robt. J. Baker, [[/underlined]] (colored), who lives near the depot.

(19) Chaptico, St. Marys Co. Md. Come to Washington, and go by "Columbia" (steamer), which starts every Wednesday at 6 o'clock A.M. Stop at Plowden's Wharf, St. Marys County; thence go by conveyance to [[underlined]] George Carter's, [[/underlined]] who is a school trustee, and lives a few miles away. Teacher not to reach this place until July 1st.

Please do not send teachers to the following places until July 1st, as other teachers are now there.

(1) West River
(2) Pisgah
(3) Princess Anne
(4) Chaptico.

It would be quite as well to have all the teachers commence on July 1st.

I will try to send you a list of places now due, very soon.

I do not like to send teachers out unless the arrangements are made, and well introduced with the people. I have written to a large number of places where they ought to have these teachers, but they are a slow people and will reply probably when teachers are located, and it is too late.

Very Respectfully, Yours,
