The Camden school report you mentioned is at hand, making twenty-two in all; the same number as received for April. I have just been to the Disbursing Officer to see about your rental account, but was informed that no vouchers in favor of your association have been received.

Please find enclosed blanks &c.

Very Respectfully, Yours,

Princess Anne, Somerset Co. Md.

Dear Sir:

In the absence of Mr. [[underlined]] Kimball [[/underlined]] I reply to yours just received. It was not the intention of Mr. K. to have you go to Princess Anne before the 1st of July, and he wrote to that effect to Dr. [[underlined]] Hatfield [[/underlined]] on the 18th inst., but it was probably received too late, however it makes but a few days difference and you had better remain.

You can explain to Mr. [[underlined]] Kelly, [[/underlined]] (teacher) that you are sent out to release him by a Society that engages to pay your salary for three months; and that the Society by which he is employed is not willing to support schools or pay teachers during the summer.

Very Respectfully, Yours,
J. Q. Crosby
Clerk.
