[[underlined]] Mr. W. F. Brooks [[/underlined]] left Hughesville, Charles Co., Aug. 2d.  His [[blank]] is in his place I suppose.  He writes that he has not received any books, and desires the money, $15.00 to be refunded, and so the Society expects.  What shall we do about it?
