Dear Sir:

I have a bill against you for $15.78 from [[underlined]] Cushings and Bailey. [[/underlined]] I believe there are one or two other bills against you. 
 Please send me an order on [[underlined]] Dr. Hatfield [[/underlined]] for the money now due by you for the books, and I will get it.
You had better send me also an account of the bills as you have them:  what is paid and what is not paid.
