I have received a reply from your Secretary Mr. [[underlined]] Chas. King [[/underlined]] to letter addressed to Supt. Cook, inquiring when your Board would meet Genl. Howard and myself &c. He states that you will meet at any convenient place upon twenty four hours notice. I will appoint to-morrow (Saturday) at 2 o'clock P.M., at the [[underlined]] Freedmen's Bank. [[/underlined]]
