General Dyer Chief of Ordnance Dept. says that the Buildings asked for by you are now in use for the purposes described in the enclosed report from Mil Store Keepres & [[?]] [[?]] They are not [[strikeout]] needed for the services of the Ordnance Dept. the whole of the Ordnance property at [[?]] [[?]] has been recommended to be sold as no longer required. I do not think that their present uses should be disturbed until such time as they may be dispensed with: when the property may be occupied & used by the Freedmans Bureau until sold by the Govt if so authorized by the Secrety of War.  There you see
