Sir

I have seen some of the parties in Baltimore. & after consultation I recommend that you have Mr Key deed that land to the School Board for a Public Free Colored School forever. if the
Board will [[accept?]] the trust If not that you [[?]] have him deed to the Colored men selected by him to be held by then & their successors forever for the same purpose & no other. But I strongly urge the deeding to the School board. if the colored people will take hold & do in the erecting & carrying on of the school equally well as if it was deed to some of their own
