The shingles are not to be laid more than 6 inches
to the weather.
The cornice is to be plain boxing.
The siding is not to be planed.
The wainscotting is to be 3 feet high around the room
placed upright and a cap on top.
The room is to be plastered only on the sides, not on
head, two brown coats [[smudge]] then whitewashed
The teacher's platform is to be about 1 foot high. If
a chimney is built it is to be in the center part back of
teacher's platform. If a cap is used it is to be in the
centre very near the stove.
If there is lumber a closet might be made for
teacher having a battend door and shelves.
The chimney may be built on a shelf with about
four hundred bricks.
