April 28th

Mr. David Earle
Sunderlandville, Md.

Dear Sir:
Yours of the 18th inst. is at hand. I am not able to promise you any aid at present as I have many applications on hand which were received before yours, and must be attended to first.

I hope you will go on and complete the house, and after that is done, if it is possible for me to aid you in any way I will do so.

I enclose your paper.

Very Respectfully, Yours,
W. L. Van Derlip
