Mr. Robt. J. Baker
Berlin, Md.

Dear Sir:
Mr. A. T. Jones will probably be at Berlin this week to open your school for the summer. I hope he will find the people all ready, and that there will be no delay. Please inform them that they are expected to send their children to school, and pay the teacher's board.

Very Respectfully, Yours,
W. L. Van Derlip
Bvt. Maj. & Supt. of Education
